For whom the bell tolls

The front arch of Trinity College, mostly in silhouette with the Campaline (Bell Tower) in the centre.
The old college superstition is that if any student passes under the campaline while the bells are tolling they are sure to fail their exams. Trinity College Ireland's oldest university founded in 1592 has in its liberary on permanent display The Book of Kells an illuminated manuscript of the four gospels of the New Testament created in 800 AD.
